Welcome to Blender ("we", "our", or "us"). We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application collects, uses, and protects your data when you use our anonymous voice matching and messaging services.
2. Data We Collect
Account Information: When you sign in using Google Authentication, we receive your email address and authentication ID to maintain your account. You choose your own anonymous display nickname and avatar.
Microphone & Audio Data: During live 7-minute voice calls, your microphone audio is captured solely to transmit real-time audio to your connected partner via WebRTC peer-to-peer technology. We do NOT record, save, or store your voice audio calls.
Ephemeral Messages: Chat messages exchanged after mutual blend acceptance are temporary and are permanently purged upon disconnection or 24 hours of inactivity.
Camera (Optional): Camera access is requested only if you voluntarily submit a verification selfie for human badge verification.
Zero Audio Recording Guarantee: Blender does not listen to, transcribe, record, or store any voice conversations. Audio streams directly between call participants using end-to-end WebRTC protocols.
3. User Generated Content (UGC) & Safety Guidelines
Blender is dedicated to providing a safe, respectful environment. We have Zero Tolerance for:
Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination.
Sexually explicit, pornographic, or abusive content.
Threats of violence, illegal activities, or scamming.
Users can immediately Report or Block any user directly within the call or chat screen. Reported accounts are reviewed and permanently banned by our moderation team.
4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted industry-standard infrastructure partners:
Supabase: For secure database management, user authentication, and row-level security.
Google Sign-In: For frictionless, secure authentication.
5. Age Requirement
Blender is designed for individuals aged 16 and older (or 17+ / adult as required by local jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 in compliance with COPPA and Google Play Families Policies.
Blender strictly enforces a Zero-Tolerance Policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE). We are fully committed to complying with all relevant local and international child safety laws, including reporting obligations to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement authorities.
Strict Prohibition: Any sharing, solicitation, facilitation, or promotion of child sexual exploitation or abuse is strictly prohibited on Blender.
Immediate Action & Banning: Accounts involved in any form of CSAE or endangerment are terminated immediately and permanently banned from the platform.
Reporting to Authorities: Where required by law, incidents involving CSAE are promptly escalated and reported to relevant national and regional authorities, including NCMEC.
In-App Reporting: Users can instantly report child safety concerns directly within the app using the 1-tap Report button located in calls, profiles, and chats.

7. Account & Data Deletion (User Rights)
You have the full right to delete your account and all associated data at any time.
Option A (In-App Deletion): Open Blender > Open Menu (Drawer) > Tap "Delete Account" > Confirm. Your profile, letters, ratings, and messages will be permanently deleted immediately.
Option B (Web Deletion Request): If you do not have the app installed, you can request immediate account deletion by emailing us at support@blender.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" along with your registered email.
